My name is Emily Cleghorn and I’m your host on this journey. I created this show to give mamas navigating triggers from childhood a place to break free from trauma and gain the tools they need to become the mama they needed growing up.
Each week on the show, you’ll meet another mama who has turned her pain into purpose and begun to pay it forward for other trauma survivors. We talk about different healing modalities and we share our stories.
We don’t sugarcoat things here— healing trauma in the midst of parenting is hard and it can be incredibly isolating but it doesn’t have to be. Allow myself and my guests to come alongside you to lift you up when you’re feeling defeated.
